Six bottles of our flagship, single-estate English sparkling wine – the purest expression of the finest handpicked Chardonnay grapes from our home vineyard in Sussex. Gentle golden in colour with delicate pearl bubbles, the nose nose reveals honeysuckle and apple skin aromas, with hints of fresh honey. On the palate are highlights of toasted brioche, biscuit and apricots, complemented by a subtle touch of lemon. A rich, velvety texture and full mousse create a smooth mouthfeel with a lengthy finish.
