The Ridgeview Oak Reserve:

A standout sparkling reserve, handcrafted by our Head Winemaker. Late disgorged for extended lees-ageing, the Oak Reserve has been hailed as a landmark English sparkling wine. Captivating aromas of candied citrus peel lead to a complex palate, with notes of vanilla, mace and spiced fruit. Pair with butter-basted roast chicken and all the trimmings for our Head Winemaker’s Desert Island Dish.

The Ridgeview Red Reserve:
