Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs 2019
Elegant and complex, our limited release Blanc de Blancs is the purest expression of the finest handpicked grapes from our home vineyard. Gentle golden in colour with delicate pearl bubbles. Honeysuckle and apple skin aromas, with hints of fresh honey. On the palate are highlights of toasted brioche, biscuit and apricots, complemented by a subtle touch of lemon. A rich, velvety texture and full mousse create a smooth mouthfeel with a lengthy finish.

Ridgeview Blanc de Noirs 2016
A unique expression of English Pinot Noir at its finest, crafted only in the very best vintage years. Capturing the delights of the stellar 2016 harvest, Ridgeview’s Blanc de Noirs brings together characteristic red-fruit flavours and tantalising complexity. With a full-bodied backbone, it balances power and finesse with a deliciously layered palate.

Rosé de Noirs 2020
Pinot rosé produced only in the finest vintage years and made from by traditional Saignée method. A peach-gold hue with fragrant aromas of redcurrant, summer berries and honey. Expressive and vibrant, the palate brings bright strawberries and cherries, layered with hints of orange, cranberry and biscuit. A soft, creamy texture and rounded mouthfeel give way to an elegant, long-lingering finish.
