Gentle golden in colour with delicate pearl bubbles. Honeysuckle and apple skin aromas, with hints of fresh honey. On the palate are highlights of toasted brioche, biscuit and apricots, complemented by a subtle touch of lemon. A rich, velvety texture and full mousse create a smooth mouthfeel with a lengthy finish.
