Featured Role: Harvest Cellar Hand
The driving force behind the harvest season, you’ll be involved at every stage of production in the winery. From racking and transfers to ferment inoculations and chaptalization, you’ll operate three different press systems, including our traditional Coquard PAI press.
Beyond production, you’ll support vital tasks that keep the winery running smoothly – leading the team to a successful harvest, full of celebration. This role is ideal for a team-player who is eager to develop a deep understanding of the craft of world-class English winemaking, learning directly from our expert team.
