Coode-Adams Vineyard
Planted in 2017, the Coode-Adams vineyard was established at Feeringbury Manor, their family home in the heart of the Essex countryside.
Set on light and stony land, they now have 25 acres under vine. On a south-facing slope, their vineyard looks down toward the banks of the River Blackwater where the family grow native Cricket Bat Willow trees.
Ridgeview’s relationship with the Coode-Adams family began in 2020 and they have been supplying some of England’s finest grapes to us ever since.
The family’s connection with the land runs deep; Giles Coode-Adams is a former president of the Royal Agricultural Society and the family have been growing blackcurrants (amongst other arable crops) on their farmland for over 30 years.
