Featured Role: Harvest Cellar Hand

The driving force behind the harvest season, you’ll be involved at every stage of production in the winery. From racking and transfers to ferment inoculations and chaptalization, you’ll operate three different press systems, including our traditional Coquard PAI press.

Beyond production, you’ll support vital tasks that keep the winery running smoothly – leading the team to a successful harvest, full of celebration. This role is ideal for a team-player who is eager to develop a deep understanding of the craft of world-class English winemaking, learning directly from our expert team.

Harvest Winery Assistant

Ideal for people embarking on a career in the wine industry, with hands-on experience across the entire harvest process. You’ll support grape reception, prepare and load presses, and gain insight into the key stages of winemaking. An excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, working closely with an award-winning team.

Forklift Press Loader

A pivotal part of the harvest process, ensuring the smooth flow of grapes from vineyard to press. You’ll unload bins from lorries, operate equipment to load presses, and handle waste removal to maintain efficiency during this fast-paced period. When not on the forklift, you’ll support winery operations and assist the team with key harvest tasks.

Grape Picking

We have a loyal group of pickers returning each year but welcome expressions of interest to support our vineyard team. Working outdoors, you’ll hand-pick grapes, ensuring only the best fruit is harvested for our award-winning wines. Register your interest here and we’ll be in touch with more details.
