We’re seeing consistently exceptional quality Pinot grapes from our vineyards, and it’s a joy to produce a Blanc de Noirs that truly showcases the potential of this remarkable style of sparkling wine.”
With a palate-tingling profile and vibrant red-fruit flavours, there are captivating aromas of pear, honeysuckle, berries and black cherry. Richly textured with a full-bodied backbone, the palate brims with peach, honeyed apricot and buttery pastry.
Quintessentially complex, layers of apricot, liquorice and aromatic spice unfold over toasted notes of sweet vanilla and honey. Delicate, yet full-bodied, a light mousse leads to a long, lingering finish.
